Leopard rescued from Assam’s Film and Television Institute

Guwahati, December 10: Officials of the Forest Department, Government of Assam today rescued a leopard from the campus of Dr. Bhupen Hazarika Regional Government Film & Television Institute, Changsari in Guwahati, Assam.

The rescued leopard was later safely released in its habitat under the Sila Range in North Kamrup Forest Division.

“The rescue operation was conducted successfully without any harm or injury to human life, or any loss to property” informed officials of the Forest Department.
