Subash Mani Singh, Bikramadhi Rai, and Noel Sharma Granted Bail

The Principal and Sessions Court in Gangtok has granted bail to Subash Mani Singh, Bikramadhi Rai, and Noel Sharma. The three individuals had been in judicial custody in connection with Sadar P.S Case No. 80 of 2025.

The accused were released on bail following legal arguments presented by their counsel, a team of advocates comprising Senior Advocate Naren Rai, Pratap Khati, Bandana Rai, Passang Tamang, and Suraj Chhetri.

Advocate Pratap Khati shared the news on social media, stating:
“Happy to inform that Subash Mani Singh, Bikramadhi Rai, and Noel Sharma have been enlarged on bail by the Hon’ble Principal District & Sessions Judge at Gangtok pertaining to Sadar P.S. Case No. 80 of 2025, wherein these trio have been implicated.”

The detailed bail order and conditions are awaited and expected to be released soon.
