A promising new chapter unfolds as Shri Tshering Wangchuk Lepcha, the Additional Political Secretary to Honorable Chief Minister Shriman Prem Singh Tamang (Golay), assumes the mantle of Advisor to the Homestay Association of Sikkim (HAS).
