The case, registered under Sections 331(3) and 305(a) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) 2023, has been progressing under the supervision of Investigating Officer Inspector Ongchyo Bhutia, with crucial support from the Plain Cloth Duty Personnel.
