An earthquake measuring 4.3 on the Richter scale hit Bhutan’s capital Thimphu, the National Center for Seismology (NCS) informed on Thursday.
According to NCS, an earthquake occurred at 23:59:59 PM in Thimphu which also jolted SIkkim & North Bengal.

4.4-magnitude earthquake struck near Thimphu, Thimphu Dzongkhag, Bhutan. The tremor was recorded early morning on Saturday, July 2nd, 2022, at 3:23 am local time, at a very shallow depth of 6.2 km below the surface.
