On the auspicious occasion of Janmashtami, the Chief Minister of Sikkim Prem Singh Golay extended his heartfelt greetings to the people of the state. In his message, he highlighted the significance of the festival, which commemorates the birth of Lord Krishna, and urged everyone to reflect on the values of love, compassion, and righteousness that Lord Krishna embodied.
The Chief Minister emphasized that Lord Krishna’s teachings in the Bhagavad Gita continue to inspire individuals to uphold truth and justice while living a life of integrity and devotion. He expressed his hope that Janmashtami would bring joy, peace, and prosperity to every home in Sikkim.
