There are so many things that are related to SEO and there are several techniques that are used by SEO, one of the techniques is on-page SEO, which could be understood and conquer by this simple explanation. Understanding it on-page SEO optimises each web page to target a keyword and appeal to search engines and users. It refers to both the content and HTML source code of the page that could be optimized. On-page SEO has several benefits such as higher ranking, advanced crawl rate, improved local search, boosting organic traffic. Why would the user attract to your site, well user came to visit your site because he wants some content and if he finds amazing content within your site he would surely visit it, so the first thing you need to do is to fill your site with excellent content and as we know that keywords are important while making the content so we should take care of that too while making the content, but while you add those keywords there should be definite criteria you would be adding them because if you would use them in access they might be appealing as a fraud website, therefore, you should make sure you don’t overdo the keywords.

Now let’s understand it with one example, Suppose you select the keyword density of 1-2%, which means you’re going to use your phrase once per every 100-200 words, now suppose you are a content writer and you are writing for a company with some predefined keywords now what is your responsibility is to use them in such a way that the content doesn’t appeal to be fake for that you have to make sure that you naturally use your content. Now some keywords are easy and could be used easily but some keywords are not easy and make your content appealing to be fake, so all you have to do is to create your content in such a creative way that it doesn’t appeal to be fake and appears to be natural and useful content.

Sometimes the keywords are quite difficult to use naturally so all you can do is simply forget using them in your content and use them in your images alt-text etc.

Organising the content in a structured manner lets google understand your content even better. Now Google is not only a search engine but is an AI that gives the direction to google to able to understand and utilize and this may be the SEO success in future

Design and layout

How do you attract towards something by seeing its design right similarly your website should be designed nicely that it doesn’t make the reader regret clicking on your website. It should be mobile-friendly, it should load the page quickly.

To keep the reader for more time duration on your website do you know the light colours are the best because the reader feel more relaxed so consider the colour when you are picking your theme. You should have proper shapes and sizes also arranged menu. Most people use WordPress to ensure the site is responsive and will encourage more engagement.

The Twitter page of the Delhi government’s Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University (DESU) has fallen into controversy with its launch. The handle was probably made to disseminate the information related to the DSEU is not even following the Ministry of Education, Government of India.

Surprisingly, the page which was formed by the Delhi Government is not following the education minister and the vice Chief Minister of Delhi Manish Sisodia. The page follows only 4 people, out of which two are not associated with the education ministry of the Delhi government and other people.

The point that why does the DSEU not following the institutions and ministers related to education? According to some reports, there is some tussle between the deputy CM of Delhi, MLA Atishi Marlena, and the CM of Delhi. Also, a point that should be noted here is that the 4 members to which the Twitter page of DSEU is following do not hold any key position big in DESU. One of the accounts is Rohit Kumar, who is unknown to everyone and no one has any idea who is he.

The intention of the Delhi Government appears to be questionable.

East Sikkim-One killed in a car accident

One person died in Road accident in Sikkim

One person died after their car went out of control and plunged into the gorge in East Sikkim. The deceased’s name is Norbu Lepcha resident of Rakdong met with a fatal accident yesterday evening.

The Accident took place on Sunday night, police sources said.

The Alto car which he was driving plunged into a gorge at Raksey Bridge, which lies in between Pangthang and Rakdong Road in the East Sikkim.

The deceased was the only occupant of the car and was a teacher by profession.

2012- Month after forming Organizing Committee to upgrade the football ground in Namchi, there was excitement in the youths of Namchi and they thought this was the last year for them to play in the muddy ground which used to host the famous All India Governor’s Gold cup. A spanking new sports complex was to come up there, with a football stadium, the idea just perfect for the Sikkim.

It was extremely encouraging because the All India Governor’s Gold Cup which was hosted in Bhaichung Stadium, named after famous footballer Bhaichung Bhutia would be getting a new look. The tournament used to be a massive crowd puller, extremely massive than any tournaments at Gangtok’s Plajor Stadium. The first cursory check that Sikkim Government does when a State expresses an interest in staging a tournament is the number of operational football stadiums in the state, and the number that can be built in time. And stadium modifications and development are among the most important aspects of the preparation for upgrading. Nevertheless, for a new stadium, the old stadium was destroyed who lead to the heartbreak of many players from Namchi.

During the course of development, the August parade for every Institution and College in Namchi became a memory. Last August Football tournament was held in 2013. The Governor’s Gold Cup in Namchi became History.

SAI Namchi players complained of difficulty in playing during 2015-16. The government turned deaf ears over the stadium and slowly players too vanished from Namchi’s side, many gave up playing football.

The wall on the ground was carefully resized during 2013-14 and a small part of green grass ground was left so the players could use it to practice there. Some players kept dreaming, hoping for many years to see the stadium, but in reality, it wasn’t happening. Young lads wanted to see themself in national football arenas, but their practicing ground was gone. Namchi stopped playing and producing players.

‘It hurts me to see, we are not being valued. I gave up a long time ago, I always dreamed of myself playing at the national level and realise that it was just a dream” said an old friend of the 2010-12 batch who now works as an Adhoc Teacher in West Sikkim.
The construction went ahead at a snail’s pace. Everyone who travelled from Namchi to Assangthang knew the real issue of Bhaichung Stadium. The slow work rate, no progress, politically motivated and corrupt administrative practices, and mismanagement of erstwhile Chamling Government delayed work.

Back in 2013 one of my friends who came from Kolkata who went to Char Dham was discussing Sikkim will change in the sporting arena once Bhaichung stadium is completed, this is where national level football will be hosted because the ground itself is in name of India’s most loved captain known by everyone.

“When will this stadium be completed?” He asked as he was a fan of Mohun Bagan.

“Maybe After the 2014 election,” I said, but I was sure this stadium would be completed earlier otherwise it would be a national shame to the Government.

The stadium remained in a complete mess till 2019. Another stadium like Dwarka which was started alongside Bhaichung Stadium was all set to host FIFA U-17 with 18,000 seating capacity with all entire facility available. And Dwarka did well in the 2017 U-17 World Cup, this is what Sikkim missed- it would get an opportunity to host the FIFA U-17 World Cup if the Chamling Government and his administration had used their brain to complete the stadium in 2015 itself also increasing stadium to field size of 105 x 68m.

In 2019, the Government changed and current Chief Minister Prem Singh Golay vowed to complete the stadium before August 2020. All of a sudden the work caught pace. CM’s Son and MLA, Aditya Golay who’s also a footballer knew the real pain and issue of the player pushed management into action with a deadline date of 2020. In just one and a half years Bhaichung Stadium has completed Everything Changed between 2019-2021. Things were analysed and implemented properly. The corridor from the dressing room to the ground had anti-skid tiles installed. The medical room or doping center too improved. The entire environment and crowd seats of Namchi have finally got their true shape after 11 years but the size of the ground remains the same as earlier because seating capacity was already made. This majestic Bhaichung Stadium will soon create history in Sikkim.

The FIFA opportunity which was missed badly earlier will be compensated and we hope of hosting great matches in the near future.

Last day, a fire broke out in the southern waters of the Gulf of Mexico as an underwater pipeline leaked and set the ocean on fire.

Generally, water and fire are considered completely different from each other. But anything can happen in this world and that is why sometimes these two also get along. Panic spread in the Gulf of Mexico, the Latin American country, when people saw huge flames rising in the bottomless waters of the sea.

These flames of the fire looked like a burning eye and looked quite frightening. The flames rising amidst the waves of water were showing a small sight of the holocaust. A fire broke out in the middle of the ocean west of the Yucatan peninsula of Mexico. Mexico’s state-owned oil company Pemex said, the fire in the sea has been extinguished.

The company has attributed the fire to a gas leak from an underwater pipeline. The company said that the fire started at 5.15 AM local time on Friday and was brought under control by 10.30 AM. With the waves of the sea on one side and huge flames of fire blazing over it, everyone who was watching that sight was in awe. Seeing this fierce fire, it was looking as if molten lava was coming out from inside the sea. That’s why people are also giving it the name ‘Eye of Fire’. 

This project is of Mexico’s state-owned oil company Pemex, which is most important to it. Meanwhile, after working hard for about 5 hours, this terrible fire had been brought under control. Even before this, there have been horrific industrial accidents in many projects of Pemex. The company has said that no one was injured in the latest incident. Nitrogen was used to douse the fire. The oil leak incident happened just 150 meters from the drilling platform. The “Ku Malub Jaap” oil project is the largest producer of Pemex Company. Every day 7 lakh barrels of oil are extracted from here. This is about 40 percent of the total oil production of Pemex Company.

Khan and Rao met during the Lagaan Movie shoot where she was an Assistant Director in Movie. On Dec 28 2005 they married They tied the knot on December 28, 2005. And in 2011 Actor gave birth to one child Azad Rao Khan through surrogacy.

Aamir Khan was previously married to Reena Dutta. But they got divorced in 2002 after 16 years of marriage. He has a daughter Ira and son Junaid from his first marriage with Reena Dutta.
